Tankering Across Cornwall and Devon

The Clear-flow tanker fleet offers a comprehensive range of vacuum and general purpose tanker units designed to carry both hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.

Our service offers the most direct, environmentally friendly and cost effective method of dealing with most liquid waste streams, which include collection and disposal from a number of sources including food and drink manufacturers, sewer and drainage network, quarry and mining operations, harbours and ports, landfill and civil amenities, fuel stations and depots. High Pressure Water Jetting

Clear-flow can handle all your cleaning and disposal requirements. The teams can deal with sewer cleaning and jetting, de-scaling and removal of fats and other surface contaminants. We utilise the very latest high performance jetting heads for de-scaling steel pipe in various sizes and also efficient root cutting jetting head systems.

Confined Space Projects in Cornwall and Devon

All persons planning to enter a confined space must be trained and obtain an entry permit. It can be any space of an enclosed nature, where there is a risk of death or serious injury from hazardous substances or dangerous conditions. Our employees are trained to NVQ level 2 in confined space entry, air testing and completing confined space entry permits, risk assessments and method statements. Supported by our own tanker fleet and safety equipment, we can competently enter and clean or survey these types of spaces.

CCTV Sewer Inspections

Specialist services include sewer asset condition assessment using CCTV units to identify and classify defects. In addition, we have recently invested in new state of the art Mini-cam units featuring pan, tilt and zoom features to better assess the structural integrity of survey pipes.

No-Dig Pipe Lining and Repairs

Part of our portfolio includes specialist "no-dig", trenchless sewer repair and renovation services using patch repairs and CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) Lining System. These no-dig operatives allow structural resolution of either isolated sections of sewer in a given length, using the Patch Repair or complete manhole to manhole relining using CIPP. Trenchless sewer renovation means less disruption to customers; it can be used to repair networks under properties, requires the minimum traffic management, and also protects the environment. As part of our development of sewer lining, we have recently and successfully modified our processes to allow CIPP and patching to be used to reduce infiltration and exfiltration, and in turn support our client's need to reduce flooding.
