Septic Tank Empty - May 2010

Their prices were lower and they appeared to be better organised than my current supplier, they could fit the appointment around my plans and called me when they were on route. I would have no hesitation in recommending their septic tank emptying service to anyone who has a property not on mains drainage. They were very professional and said they would send me a reminder for next year, very impressed.

Returning from work one evening I found that my septic tank had started to overflow into my garden, I didn't realise this would need emptying so used Google to see if I could find someone to come and sort it urgently. I was initially a bit concerned that it would be expensive to get it emptied and the fact it is in an awkward place to access. Clear-flow re-assured me that they would be able to get to the tank and could send a smaller mini tanker vehicle if needed. When they came it was carried out really quickly and did not mess up my day's plans, I also got them to clean the tank whilst on site which will hopefully keep it running ok.

Septic Tank Empty - December 2009
I have a septic tank at my farm in Idless near Truro and have been having the tank emptied by Clear-flow for a number of years now. They have given me a good rate as a repeat customer and have always turned up when they said they would. They have also been out at weekends on occasion and also completed it when I have not been able to be at home. The drivers are all helpful and polite and have always completed the job quickly without any hassle so I would recommend their service.

I regularly use Clear-flow's septic tank emptying services for my holiday properties in Perranporth and St Agnes and they are by far the best company I have dealt with. They turn up on the day requested and always leave the property grounds clean and tidy without any undue interruption. I would definitely tell friends and relatives to use them to get their septic tanks or cesspits sorted, minimal fuss and not bad value either.

CCTV Drain Survey and repair - February 2010
I had a leak at my property in Exeter, but luckily turned out to be covered though Homeserve Insurance. Clear-flow were appointed to come out and assess the situation using their CCTV drain cameras. Unfortunately there was a fracture on one of the longer pipes which I thought meant I would need to have the whole garden dug up. Due to the nature of the problem Clear-flow were able to patch the crack using a pipe lining device which they said would probably last longer than the actual existing pipe. I am grateful that they can offer these types of services and minimise inconvenience and disruption to my garden and the neighbours.

Blocked Drain - October 2010
I found Clear-flow in the Yellow Pages and saw that they did a fixed price drain unblocking service. Once booked and onsite, all within a day or so they brought in a jetter to clear the blockage which appeared to be a build up of grease in the drain outside the kitchen which had got gradually worse. I was extremely satisfied with their service and level of professionalism. They are a reputable firm with helpful Operatives who know exactly what they are doing.

CCTV Drain Survey - February 2010
A friend of mine gave me Clear-flow's number about a reoccurring problem I have with the drain getting blocked up and leaking across the yard. I spoke to a chap at Clear-flow who dealt with drain surveys and he booked his team in to do a survey the following week. They explained quite clearly what the problem was and informed me they could fix it whilst completing the survey, I also received a DVD of the survey footage when complete for peace of mind. I would recommend their survey to anyone who has a problem with their drains, but doesn't know quite who to ask.

CCTV Drain Survey - September 2009
I had a CCTV drain survey completed as part of my homebuyer's survey through my solicitor, they use Clear-flow for all their surveys for clients. We received full details with drawings and a colour DVD which showed that all was ok and that the pipes were not as old as first anticipated. It was not too expensive and was an invaluable thing to have had done.
