Avoid the pitfalls of industrial estate drainage

If you’re managing a large site like a business park, which is home to several businesses, or are just running your own commercial unit, you’ll have a lot to juggle at any one time. Keeping your clients happy with be your first priority, but left unchecked, business parks and commercial properties can run into a variety of drainage problems.

Thankfully, our expert staff are here to help solve the problems as quickly and economically as possible to avoid unnecessary headaches at your business or place or work.

Do you have an Aco drain or gully pot that just keeps getting clogged up? Perhaps you’re dealing with issues with a sustainable drainage system not working as it should, or something more minor like clogged drainpipes.

Whatever the issue, our team of drainage experts can help talk you through what needs doing, give our recommendations and price up the work.

Here’s how we can help…

Cleaning out drains

Be it standard drains or something more specialist like Aco drains, drainage gullies or interceptors, from time to time they will get clogged up, be it with autumn leaves, litter or mud and debris caused by particularly heavy rainfall. Our team can clean and empty these out, even as part of a routine maintenance or service programme that stays on top of these problems.

If there is a sudden drainage emergency on site caused by a blocked drain, we also offer a 24/7 emergency service that can come to the rescue.

Clear away liquid waste

If you have liquid waste pooling unpleasantly on your site, our modern vacuum and general-purpose tankers can carry away such waste, removing bad smells and potential health hazards. All such liquids are disposed of according to all correct regulations and guidance.

CCTV Surveying

Are you having persistent problems with your drains? These sort of drainage issues can crop up and remain a mystery for months if left unchecked. A CCTV survey offers the ability to go much deeper into your external pipework to investigate problems you might be having. A small high-quality camera is mounted on the end of a long, thin cable.

The cable is fed down into the pipes and the camera sends images back up the cable to a monitor, which allows our drainage specialists to locate and identify any blockage or problem. This allows them to devise an action plan to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

No-dig pipe lining and repairs

If you’ve got a problem down in the drains that has been spotted through a CCTV survey, you’ll need to rectify it with as little hassle to your tenants as possible. We offer a range of repair options for pipework and manhole covers that avoid disruption as much as possible, offering you a long-term solution to problems while avoiding problematic digging work where possible.
