James Hustler

Managing Director

I started working for Clear-flow in 1986 as a High Pressure Water Jetting Operative. Over the years I have performed many roles within the business including pioneering deep lift suction technology and sewer rehabilitation, before taking a role in management in 2003. I have been MD for the company since 2008. I'm very proud of the Clear-flow’s achievements so far and the brilliant staff who have joined us along the way. I am looking forward to continued growth, diversification and expanding the geographical coverage of our comprehensive service.

Tim Hustler

Operations Director

I began working for the family business in 2000 starting out on the tools, gaining experience in high pressure water jetting and CCTV drainage surveys. I joined the management team in 2004, specialising in operational delivery.  Now in my role as Commercial Director, I am involved in all aspects of growing the business. Going forward, I’m eager to see Clear-flow expand and reach beyond the South-West.

Luke Turner

General Manager

I joined Clear-flow in October 2012 as Assistant Depot Manager (Devon) having working in the waste management, haulage and agricultural industries for over 20 years. Now as General Manager I help drive the company’s goals to continually improve our customer experience whilst ensuring we continue to minimise our environmental impact. By ensuring that we lead the field in respect of compliance I believe I can proactively assist with company growth.

Ross McConnell

Systems Manager

I joined the company in April 2006 in an IT development role. I focused on building operational and reporting systems that would enable Clear-flow to grow and operate more efficiently. In 2010 I moved into a business development role, continually looking into all parts of the business to see where we can improve and innovate. I am proud of what we have achieved over the past ten years and I eagerly look forward to helping the company operate to its maximum potential.

Robert Eustis

Operations Manager (West)

I joined Clear-flow in 2001 as a Driving Operative, carrying out tank and jetting duties. In 2008 I began working as Operations Manager for Cornwall in the domestic and commercial sector. An important part of my role is ensuring that staff are trained with the necessary skills to carry out their job and that they are providing our customers with an excellent service. My greatest achievement to date has been helping to design our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and remain at the forefront of our industry.

Steve Larkins

Operations Manager (East)

I began working for Clear-flow in February 2009 as a Flex-line Operator and in 2011 I became Depot Manager. I have seen the company grow and expand dramatically over the last few years to where it is now and feel with my knowledge and experience gained, both as an operator and as a manager, I can assist with further growth for the company.

Shaun Campbell

Health & Safety Manager

I joined Clear-flow in 2009 as an Operations Assistant. Now as Health & Safety Manager I adopt the philosophy that the key to good health and safety is through planning and workforce inclusion. I have a genuine interest in implementing and maintaining best practice of health & safety standards and delivering the required safety documentation and systems. Whilst at Clear-flow I have obtained the NEBOSH national general certificate, CMIOSH as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety practice.
